Genie was born and raised in one of the most beautiful and desirable places to live, San Francisco, and has never left. She loves this city with its wonderful neighborhoods and the diversity of people from all over the world who come to live and work here. As a graduate of Lowell High School, she attended San Francisco State University obtaining her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management in 1979. Since Genie comes from an entrepreneurial family that owned businesses in San Francisco and had realtors in the family, it was natural for her to attend Anthony Schools to become a licensed real estate agent in 1981. After working as an agent for a few years, her career path led to the title and escrow area of the industry, where she worked for many years up to Vice President/Branch Manager/Senior. Escrow Officer. Having maintained her license and wanting to actively return to the sales area of the real estate industry, she joined the company in 2008.
Genie’s true enjoyment of Real Estate comes from working closely with clients to find the best property available to meet their needs, whether a first home or an investment property to add to their portfolio; or to assist in selling their property to achieve the best possible result. The successes she has enjoyed in her career have stemmed from her business goals and philosophies which include: being honest and trustworthy with a strong sense of ethics and the utmost integrity; professional, responsive, efficient, friendly, and caring; delivering superior customer service and hold to a high standard of excellence.
Genie was elected and served as VP of membership, 2010 President-Elect, and 2011 President of the Women's Council of Realtors (WCR), San Francisco Chapter. She was elected and served for 2 years on the Board of Directors for the Chinese Real Estate Associates of America, SF. She is also a member of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the San Francisco Association of Realtors. In her leisure time, Genie enjoys the many activities San Francisco and the Bay Area offer, as well as traveling to other parts of the world. Skiing, sailing, music, theatre, and art are just a few of her favorites.

Nancy is an experienced real estate Broker who obtained her real estate license as a second career after retiring from 20 years in the airline industry as an international flight attendant for TWA (Trans World Airlines.) During her career as a flight attendant, she was able to experience many different countries, people, cultures, and foods, and create many diverse friendships.
After her retirement, she was able to pursue her new career in real estate which she has been loving since 2008. Nancy has been licensed in California and Nevada and has worked in sales, sales team management, and property management. She holds certifications that include Transnational Referral Certification (TRC); At Home with Diversity Certification (AHWD); and Certified International Property Specialist (C.I.P.S.) – Designation in progress. Her passion for the industry is reflected in the way she treats her clients. She is a true professional who makes each client feel special. Nancy easily develops a rapport and lives up to their trust and confidence. She truly loves what she does!
Nancy is a Bay Area native. She was born in Oakland and grew up in Marin County. When she is not working, Nancy enjoys hiking Mt. Tam; taking her golden retriever Ruby to Stinson Beach for a run and swim (Ruby does the swimming); of course, traveling anytime; and spending time with family and friends.

John joined The “A” Team in 2010 as a corporate officer and also VP of Maintenance & Project Mgmt. In 2014, due to the high demand for the Maintenance Department, he decided to expand his construction mgmt Dept and opened his own construction & project management company named Luzon Project Mgmt. LLC. John is the team’s full-time licensed contractor and for all maintenance requests as little as; a toilet leak or disposal not working to large projects like remodeling the entire bathroom or kitchen ( to provide a nicer home for our future tenants ), he uses California-licensed subcontractors who are also carrying their own insurance, worker’s compensation, and bond. John wants to make sure that through his qualified & bonded subcontractors, he is giving the best maintenance service to our tenants and also getting several estimates for any jobs over $5,000, and he is also getting the best price/cost for our valuable clients ( landlords & homeowners ).
Since 2014, John ( Yianni ) has served Northern & Southern California as a qualified License “B” General Contractor and consultant for construction defect litigation. San Francisco Housing Code 604 Structural Maintenance, SB 326 & SB 721, Senate Bill, Deck & Balcony Inspection is a part of his offerings as a trusted expert and serves San Francisco as well as every city and community throughout California. John has a sharp eye and a multitude of skills; he brings to the table the efficiency and accuracy to carry out any project from beginning to end professionally. Never being professionally trained in design does not hold John back with his keen eye; this man has a flair for style. He is ready to work with our clients to ensure that their dollar goes a long way, maximizing the earning potential of our clients. He never changes/increases any approved estimate and makes sure projects are completed at the price and time that was promised to our clients.
