Genie was born and raised in one of the most beautiful and desirable places to live, San Francisco, and has never left. I love this city with all of its wonderful neighborhoods and diversity of people from all over the world who come to live and work here. As a graduate of Lowell High School, I attended San Francisco State University obtaining my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management in 1979. Since I come from an entrepreneurial family who owned businesses in San Francisco and has Realtors in the family, it was natural for me to then attend Anthony Schools to become a licensed Real Estate Agent in 1981. After working as an agent for a few years, my career path led to the title and escrow area of the industry, where I worked for many years up to Vice President/Branch Manager/Sr. Escrow Officer. Having maintained my license and wanting to actively return to the sales area of the Real Estate industry.
My true enjoyment of Real Estate comes from working closely with clients to find the best property available to meet their needs, whether a first home or an investment property to add to their portfolio. The successes I have enjoyed in my career have stemmed from my business goals and philosophies which include: being honest and trustworthy with a strong sense of ethics and the utmost integrity; professional, responsive, efficient, friendly, and caring; deliver superior customer service and hold to a high standard of excellence. I am a member of The Professional Property Management Association of San Francisco (PPMA), 2009 elected VP of membership, 2010 President-Elect and 2011 President of the Women's Council of Realtors (WCR), San Francisco Chapter. I am also a member of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the San Francisco Association of Realtors. In my leisure time, I enjoy the many activities San Francisco and the Bay Area offer, as well as travel to other parts of the world. Skiing, sailing, music, theatre, art are just a few of my favorites.

Nancy Hevia

Nancy is an experienced real estate Broker who obtained her real estate license as a second career after retiring from 20 years in the airline industry as an international flight attendant for TWA (Trans World Airlines.) During her career as a flight attendant, she was able to experience many different countries, people, cultures, foods, and create many diverse friendships.
After her retirement, she was able to pursue her new career in real estate that she has been loving since 2008. Nancy has been licensed in California and Nevada and has worked in sales, sales team management and property management. She holds certifications that include Transnational Referral Certification (TRC); At Home with Diversity Certification (AHWD); Certified International Property Specialist (C.I.P.S.) – Designation in progress. Her passion for the industry reflects in the way she treats her clients. She is a true professional who makes each clients feel special. Nancy easily develops a rapport and lives up to their trust and confidence. She truly loves what she does!
Nancy is a Bay Area native. She was born in Oakland and grew up in Marin County. When she is not working, Nancy enjoys hiking Mt. Tam; taking her golden retriever Ruby to Stinson Beach for a run and swim (Ruby does the swimming); of course, travel anytime; spending time with family and friends.
Katryne ( Kat ) Lumabas
Trust Accounting Lead
Katryne (Kat) has lived in the Bay Area for many years. She has extensive accounting experience and is proficient in many areas of accounting, including AR/AP/GL, budgeting, reporting, reconciliations, and more. She has knowledge of many software programs and systems that assist her in excelling in her job.
Kat’s education includes a BS in Business Administration (Accountancy) and a BS in Psychology. She received a Certificate of Achievement in Accounting; is a RFEC Administrator; and holds a Real Estate license.
When taking personal time, Kat likes playing computer games, karaoke singing, painting, camping and road trips with family and friends.
Yanira Ledezma
Client Relations/Administrator
Yanira is trained in the field of journalism and reporting with an emphasis on highlighting community events and maintaining exceptional communication.
She is an energetic writer who thrives in a community oriented and team building role. Being bilingual, English/Spanish, she can provide valuable skills when communicating with clients. She is focused on providing the highest level of customer service possible and always willing to help where she can.
Yanira is proficient in utilizing current social media including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok as they pertain to community engagement and education.
Yanira came to San Francisco from the California central valley, where she was raised and still has family there. In her leisure time, she enjoys going to music venues; trying a new restaurant; going to the theater; and loves experiencing art of all forms. She also enjoys walking around the city with her dog Churro.

David was born & raised in San Francisco. He has been a Realtor in San Francisco serving the greater Bay Area since 2006 assisting client referrals from friends & family with purchasing, listing, & investing residential properties. David always had a passion for all aspects of Real Estate from construction, capital planning, project coordination, project management, & property history.
He takes pride in servicing his clients from all walks of life making dreams a reality & have their goals met. David lives with his wife & 2 his two sons in San Francisco.
He has attended Skyline College in San Bruno, Ca to obtain his Real Estate License.
